Caudalie: a spa shop in the very heart of Le Marais

A few steps away from Place des Vosges, the French brand of vinotherapy Caudalie recently opened its spa shop, in the very heart of the Haut Marais. In a jewel of 45m2, we discover all range of products, but also exclusivities like the Fresh Crushed Cabernet, with which one can compose its own exfoliating scrub on the spot, using 100% natural ingredients. Grape seeds, brown sugar, honey from Gironde, essential oil of rosemary, lemon, geranium, etc., there are many mixes possible.

An ode in the vineyard
The decoration of the shop is a tribute to the vine, with a rough lumber store front. The inside adorns itself with oak and marble. Pictures of vineyards and photographs, which trace the history of the brand, dress up the walls. In the centre of the room stands the “Bar Beauté Barrique” (the “Barrel Beauty Bar”), which proposes to test alone cosmetics alone or with a “vinotherapist“ (personalized appointments are available on request). In addition, we can enjoy an organic herbal tea Caudalie or an organic freshly squeezed grape juice.

Customers can take advantage of round mirrors with different sizes but also of light mirrors with a dimmer—going from the daylight to nightclubs’—enabling to try products for complexion according to your skin. In a corner of the space, there is an ancient well—installed in a niche—which is an evidence of the history of the Marais. On site, professional make-up artists are permanently there to reveal their tricks and beauty secrets to perfect your gestures and help you to become a pro make-up artist! Lastly—on a wall—discreetly—Gabrielle Chanel watches over the place—represented by an elegant blue wired layout.
