Since March 2017, the pioneer of Parisian foodtrucks, the American Chef Kristin Frederick, has chosen to make a turn in her career with GreenHouse. This healthy and organic restaurant, located in Oberkampf in the 11th arrondissement, close to the hotel Mareuil, offers a seasonal menu. After Le Camion qui fume dedicated to burgers, the Chef takes healthy cuisine up again, with a Californian and Asian accent. On the menu: vegetable gyozas, asparagus tacos in the form of tapas, chia seeds pudding or brown rice with citruses, black beans, mashed sweet potato and chicken. All dishes can be savored with a glass of organic wine, selected by the Chef. Because Kristin Fredericks’ involvement in this restaurant goes far beyond cooking: indeed, she chose every item of decoration and selected thoroughly all ingredients that come from small growers. Both natural wine bar and organic restaurant, GreenHouse welcomes you with a nice terrace, decorated with plants, flowers, candles and colored light garlands. A perfect getaway for an autumn evening in the Capital.
