Ober Mamma: the Parisian Dolce Vita

The Ober Mamma restaurant is a kind of pledge to live the dolce vita in Paris. Here, everything is homemade, with products directly imported from Italy, from small local producers. Even the pizza oven was made in Italy by an artisan in Naples, with a stone from Vesuvius! Neapolitan Chef Ciro Cristiano revisits the recipes of the Italian mammas, in flavouring them with fruit citrus and a touch of modernity. The result: the “New York Brussels” pizza is liven up with Brussels sprouts and roasted almonds, in addition to its mozzarella and his Trentino speck. All the pizzas are cooked in a wood-fired oven, which give them that unique irresistible taste.

Italian Aperitif
Ober Mamma is also known for its concept of Italian style aperitif. Every day, from 6am to 8pm, customers can taste the fifteen varieties of cheese and Italian meat imported by the team. The aperitif becomes a gourmet and convivial moment, before extending the evening in the beautiful restaurant room, with its 5 meters high glass roof. The decoration was entrusted to Alexander Waterworth Interiors, an English office who was able to shape the “like at home” identity of the place.
