The restaurant Les Chouettes owns its reputation partly to its Art deco style, and its size. Located in the heart of the Marais, being three floors high, it has a 20 meters high glass roof and a metal frame inspired by Gustave Eiffel. We really loved the wood paneling on the walls, with colors of black and white, punctuated with touches of duck blue, bottle green and purple. The restaurant also has alcoves, ideal for a romantic tête-à-tête.
An inventive food that follows the seasons
In addition to its sublime decor, the restaurant Les Chouettes offers an inventive food, where seasonal dishes are revised with exotic touches. The Chef Alban Drevet, who trained with the Philippe Legendre from George V and Alain Pégouret from Laurent, thought a simple menu that changes regularly. Les Chouettes, is also famous for it’s cocktail bar, where you can enjoy such a drink as Anti Flirt based on Martini, vodka, peach liqueur, Amaretto, fresh raspberries, orange juice and lemon. Enthusiastic amateurs are invited.
