The newly opened “La Maison Plisson” revisits overall diet in a friendly space spreading over 500 square meters. On the program: a farmer’s market, a wine cellar, a grocery store, a bakery, a restaurant, and a take-away service, created by Delphine Plisson, former executive officer of the Claudie Pierlot fashion label. There are nearly 3,000 references to French quality products, with several cheese makers and the butcher awarded Meilleur Ouvrier de France. As far as the restaurant is concerned, Chef Benoît Bordier of Parisian restaurant La Regalade Saint-Honoré, runs the cuisine. He draws inspiration from the various fresh produce sold on-site, and creates light recipes: fresh soups, salads, pies, vegetarian dishes etc. La Maison Plisson is thus the perfect place to sip a coffee, snack, have lunch or stock up on fresh, seasonal products, in-between two cultural trips or shopping sprees in Paris.
Open Monday to Saturday from 8:30am to 9pm and on Sunday from 8:30am to 5pm.
