Nestled in the heart of the 11th district of Paris, the restaurant Blue Valentine is an address that leaves no one indifferent. We love the retro decor and the cozy establishment with touches of wood, black and white, and serigraphs by Chuck Sperry. This gourmet restaurant was opened by Lena Balacco to whom we owe the Chambre des Oiseaux et Sésame, and Simon October. They entrusted their menu to the Japanese chef Terumitsu Saito, his history includes the Mandarin Oriental in Paris. The result is astonishing: the dishes are adorned with beautiful colors, wild flowers, cookings are perfectly mastered as are the fresh vegetables and herbs. We also loved the delicious cocktails that are served with a Rock’n Roll style. A surprising place in more than one way.
Open from Thursday to Sunday noon until 14:00, and from Wednesday to Sunday from 19:30 until 22:30.
