At l’atelier du bon pain (the bread workshop), children from 3 to 6 will discover the world of the bakery. For a small admission fee, they will learn more about grains and cereals, make their own bread and decorate it to their liking with sesame, sunflower or poppy seeds. The event is all songs and narration with La Petite Poule Rousse.

Parc de la Villette also offers numerous theme gardens (the Garden of Shadows, the Garden of the Dragon…) and unusual spots (the Sonorous Cylinder). The Jardin du Dragon (Garden of the Dragon) is a game area in the shape of an 80 meter-long dragon, with a giant slide! The metallic strucure is a very original play universe, where children will make lots of new friends.
