This summer, picnic in Paris!

Summer is the season to lounge on the lawns of Paris. Hotel Mareuil has compiled a list of the best picnic spots for your enjoyment, so that you can be there when the sun comes out. Located in the 19th arrondissement, Parc des Buttes Chaumont is a must. With its waterfalls, caves and beautiful fountains of drinking water, it is a unique and enjoyable setting. Just a few steps away, Parc de la Villette welcomes you. It is famous for its great feeling of space, with its 55 hectares and 2750 trees. In the Bastille area, the unexpected Port de Plaisance de l’Arsenal offers a quiet, 100% zen lunch break. Do you like flowers? Then head over to Square Maurice Gardette, and eat surrounded by hollyhocks and asters. But our favorite spot remains the shores of Canal St Martin. Just steps away from Hotel Mareuil, it is the easiest way to escape the city, take advantage of the sun, and meet street artists. It’s time to get out your picnic blankets!
