While he’s from one TV project to another, the favorite Chef of the french, Cyril Lignac, also found the time to open his first pastry shop in the heart of the 11th district in Paris, in front of his bistro, the famous Chardenoux. With the help of the Pastry Chef Benoit Couvrand, he revisits great classics and perfumes his madeleines with pistachio, and his éclairs with salted butter caramel.
